Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.), was considered as one of the top athletes in sports. Biles was the only U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the only one to win four gold medals at one Games during the 2016 Olympics. Biles was also the first person to win three world titles consecutively. Biles grew up in Spring Texas in the Houston metro area, where she and her sister Adria received adoption by grandparents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone started to develop the sport of gymnastics seriously as when she was six years old in a school field trip to Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach over the next 11 years. Biles took home a gold medal for floor exercises and also a bronze in vault at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010. She then stepped into the elite level of gymnastics in the year the year 2011. Two years after that, Biles dominated the sport. Biles was notable for her consistently high performance and exuberant personality as well as the difficulty she encountered at the four events she competed in including vault, bars with uneven surfaces, and the balance beam.
