Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from performing following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. In 2015 she continued the same path as she did in the previous year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. By the time 2009 ended, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card in order to earn her degree from college. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she came in third. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and came home with 6th place within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than happy of the result. Ariel had to compete against some of the most top athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel's favorite body part to train is the back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. It is common to warm up prior to the training. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
